Shipping Methods
Parcel Carrier
Hopkins Sales offers shipping by parcel carrier such as Fedex or UPS. Fees are $10 for the first 20 lbs and $3 for each additional 10 lbs.Common Carrier
Some items are not shippable by parcel carrier because of product safety standards, shape, weight or size. These items will be shipped common freight carrier and will include freight charges. A customer service agent will contact you if your order qualifies for common carrier freight and quote you a shipping fee. Common carrier deliveries to residences are delivered curbside and not the inside or backyard etc. of your home. Contact our customer service department if you have special instructions for a delivery. Please provide a contact phone number where you can be reached by Hopkins Sales or the common carrier. The customer is responsible for additional charges due for missed delivery appointments or re-delivery.Ordering
Stock orders are shipped within 2-4 business days.Special orders are frequently shipped directly from the manufacturer and could take up to three to four weeks for delivery. Please contact our customer service department for more information. All special orders are not returnable and cancellations must be received within 24 hours of initial order.
